Delivery Methods
When purchasing online from Grimwood Heating Pty Ltd has one standard delivery method. Deliveries usually take two to three working days from time of dispatch for metro areas this may increase to 5 days in some regional areas(Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) provided all products are in stock at the time of order.

Delivery point
At Grimwood Heating we ship only within Australia (unless prior arrangements have been made) All delivery are made during normal business hours which means that all delivery address specified when ordering must the same place which you are at during business hours. If you the receiver are not able to receive the goods during normal business hours extra charges may be incurred. All addresses must be a physical delivery address not a Post Office box as our carriers don’t delivery to PO Boxes.

Freight Calculations
Delivery charges are automatically calculated based on the weight of the goods and the carriers charges and condition at the time the order is placed. This is displayed as a freight charge added at the completion of order prior to payment details being entered.
